Context
In the event that circulars with QR codes don't reach every user for scan, there needs to be a capability to search by DIAL code. This acts as the "identifier" for the course.
To do
- Provision to search by DIAL code on both mobile app and portal.
- This may either be through a separate "Search by DIAL code" section or integrated as part of keyword search.
