Changes to course consumption workflow

Scope

• Instead of asking users for rating at every content level, ask the users to rate the course - once midway through the course, and once when they complete the course. This is because todays approach is rather intrusive and breaks the course consumption flow. 
• Ensure that content created for a course is tagged differently, so that it is only consumed within a course. The individual content shouldn't be searchable separately either in Library or in Courses.
  • Similarly, recently viewed content section should not display course content. 
  • Telemetry events should also be differentiated between courses and library.
