Scope
This document provides details of features and enhancements made to the release of version 4.5 of the DIKSHA mobile app and portal in December, 2021

Readers of this document can find specific information on DIKSHA’s app and portal 4.5 which focuses on ‘manage learn’ use cases at the consumption side.
The document also consists of the list of known issues reported as a part of this release.

1 | Taking up observation attached at task level, multiple times | Till now, observation attached at a task level allowed users to only take up observation once. From 4.5 onwards, creators can define the number of submissions that a user should make in the observation that is attached at a task level. | School Leaders, Instructional Leaders, State admins |
2 | Observation- scores for users on app and portal
| In observation with rubric reports, earlier users get to see levels for each criteria according to the defined score ranges. Now they will see the achieved score as well. | School Leaders, Instructional Leaders, State admins |
3 | Minor enhancement in Create Project Page | A minor enhancement is being done on the Create Project page to give better descriptions for the information that the user is required to give for creating the project. This will make the process of creating a project easier. | |

CSVs and Dashboards
As mentioned in the previous release, a strong need had come from the programs team to represent data in tabular format for admins to read data easily. To make it more effective it is important to have filters for them that will help them filter out the data that they want to focus on.
As an admin, they want to filter the data given in tabular representation so that they are able to filter the data that they want to see and will help them read the data clearly.
As this capability is developed in 4.4, in 4.5 project and observation metrics will be presented in a tabular format that can be downloaded based on the filters applied in admin dashboards
Known issues and suggested solutions ( will add once the QA process for 4.5 starts and issues are reported)
