Here’s what Diksha 3.6.5 release brings to you:

 

Currently, States face a huge challenge managing and tracking their learning programs to achieve projected program goals. 

With DIKSHA’s  3.6.5 release, the aim is to ease the tasks of field learning partners, and program and project administrators, by enabling them to:

  • Onboard school leaders like BEOs, DEOs, CRPs, HMs etc.

  • provide content that will help administrators to better manage learning programs (access to content relevant to their role and location)

  • track the progress of projects and programs,

  •  view reports and track their progress

  • undertake surveys to get feedback 

  • capture their observations from the field. Eg: Classroom observation

This document provides details of features and enhancements made to the release version 3.6.5 of DIKSHA mobile app on February 12th, 2021

Users will be able to edit the title description, categories and other details of the project if needed

Add/Edit Tasks and Subtasks

Users can add and edit tasks and sub tasks to their projects



Note: Tasks should be editable by the creator at the backend

Track progress of Project

Users can easily change the status of the tasks and sub tasks from not started to in progress to completed.



This will help the users to keep the track of the project status

Add evidences

Users can now add evidences for their tasks and projects

Learning Resources

Users will have access to learning resources attached within the project or in a task

Sync Project

Users can easily sync their projects by clicking on the cloud icon on the project page. Synced Project reflects green cloud icon.

Project Reports

  • Users can access reports based on the programs they have undertaken  from the ‘Reports Tile’ on the homescreen

  • Users get reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

  • Users can filter reports at program level 

  • Users can easily download and share the project reports

Observation - Consumption

Users now have ease in filing the form as they have access to hints and tips for the questions

Users can easily fill and save the responses in the form without internet connectivity.
