Scope 

This document provides details of features and enhancements made to the release version 3.7 of DIKSHA mobile app on March 7th, 2021

Document Structure

Readers of this document can find specific information on DIKSHA’s app 3.7 which focuses on technical changes made in rendering the charts and graphs

The document also consists of the list of known issues reported as a part of this release.

Technical Enhancement

All the charts in the ML use case were implemented using the Highchart library. As Highchart doesn’t have an MIT license, in 3.7 we have switched to ChartJs.

There is a change in the library that is used to render charts/graphs in the app.

All the charts and PDF’s in Manage Learn will remain the same as the previous release after this migration.

Users of the app will see no changes in the UI.

UI Enhancement on home page

• While onboarding for the first time users will see Head Teachers & Officials instead of Leader

• Default theme has changed to the Joyful theme , users can switch to the classic theme from the menu option.

• Bottom Navigation UI changes in QR code and other icons

• Continue Section added for courses and resources only

Other Enhancements

• Hindi Translation has been made available for Head Teacher & Officials as well.
