1 | Ability to observe entities under jurisdiction | Users will be able to search and add entities (like schools, blocks, clusters) that are associated in an equal or lower capacity to their role so that they can observe them. For example, a DEO will be able to observe their district and also the blocks/schools in their district. | School Leaders, Instructional Leaders, State admins |
2 | Observations with Rubric | Users can now conduct observations with rubrics. These would have a framework including a domain and criteria structure. The rubric would be defined by the creator for the criteria and domain framework to objectively analyze various qualitative and quantitative factors taken into the scope of observation. | School Leaders, Instructional Leaders, State admins |
3 | Observation with Rubric reports | The reports for observation with rubric would provide data of the levels achieved over all criterias in the domain. A descriptive view would also provide details of the level achieved for each of these criteria in the domains of the observation with rubric. | School Leaders, Instructional Leaders, State admins |
