Scope 

 

This document provides details of features and enhancements made to the release of version 3.8 of the DIKSHA mobile app in April 2021

 

Intended Audience

This release note provide useful information to:

  • State Administrators

  • School Leaders

  • Program Managers

  • Diksha PMU

Readers of this document can find specific information on DIKSHA’s app 3.8 which focuses on ‘manage learn’ use cases at the consumption side.

The project listing page now has a new look. Users will be able to see the following:

  1. Search Bar

  2. Different filters for Projects assigned to the user and Project created by the user

  3. Tab to create a new project

Users now have the option to create contextual projects, relevant to them.

Users will have access to reports of projects created by the users in addition to the projects assigned to their role and location

Ability to observe entities under jurisdiction

Users will be able to search and add entities (like schools, blocks, clusters) that are associated in an equal or lower capacity to their role so that they can observe them. For example, a DEO will be able to observe their district and also the blocks/schools in their district.

Observations with Rubric

Users can now conduct observations with rubrics. These would have a framework including a domain and criteria structure. The rubric would be defined by the creator for the criteria and domain framework to objectively analyze various qualitative and quantitative factors taken into the scope of observation.

Observation with Rubric reports

The reports for observation with rubric would provide data of the levels achieved over all criterias in the domain. A descriptive view would also provide details of the level achieved for each of these criteria in the domains of the observation with rubric.
