Features

Description

Roles Impacted

1

Courses can be accessed from programs tile

Just like other resources ( observation, project surveys) program designers can now add courses as a part of programs too for the leaders

This will allow leaders to access courses that are part of a program  from programs tile

School Leaders, Instructional Leaders, State admins

2

Learning resources made clickable

Earlier the learning resources attached at project level were not intuitive to click.

Now learning resources attached at a project level are now made clickable which indicates users to click on them for accessing.

Header changes for Project Listing page

The listing page shows Explore projects as header text and Created by you as subtext. In release 4.3, changes are made to the UI text as below,

● Created by me is changed to Projects Created by me

● Assigned to me is changed to Projects Assigned to me

School Leaders, Instructional Leaders, State admins

Enhancements in Task and Subtask pages

Adding Tasks and subtasks in projects has now become more intuitive and easy.

3

Effective capture of the status of project

The status and progress of assigned projects  are not effectively communicated to the Program managers, because the status changes only when the status of  the task/subtask is manually changed to status in progress. In release 4.3, when you edit the project details (project name, objective/goal, learning resources, and so on) or create a new task/subtask, the sync icon changes from green to blue and the project status changes from ‘not started’ to ‘in progress’.

Consumption - (Observation) Portal

1

Section name visibility in observation questionnaire

You will be able to see the section name even in the middle of the page so that you can click on a particular section and go there. For example, a user on the portal is on the observation page questions with a section menu, then the section menu will be floating - similar to the save and submit button on the portal.

CSVs and Dashboards

1

Adding Project Status in Task detail report CSV

The requirement to add Project status column in the task detail CSV came from the program managers to be able to analyse the CSV better.

The field has been added to the existing CSV reports for Projects.

2

Removal of rating and in-progress columns in observation charts

Rating  and in-progress columns in observation charts were causing confusion among the program managers. Thus it was requested to have it removed as it was not adding any value towards data analysis
