Creator Interface for Interactive Videos

Building the creator interface for interactive videos which will allow any user on the Sunbird Platform to add questions on top of existing videos. For this sprint we will be enabling creation of new questions to add to videos. In the previous sprint, we have already enabled consumption of interactive videos. Bulk Question Upload API

We plan to implement a Bulk Upload API on the backend to enable uploading multiple (to the order of thousands) questions at once onto Diksha. Detailed flow is in the attached PRD.

Displaying Accuracy

Currently the scorecard at the end of an interactive video displays aggregate score basis correct questions answered (questions are currently lazy loaded and hence if a question is skipped by moving the cursor, its score is not considered which makes calculating accuracy difficult).

Through this enhancement we want to display accuracy (aggregate score/full score)
