Privacy Policy - Create Project

As users would now have the ability to create projects on the app, it's important for us to show the privacy policy prompt to adhere to DIKSHA’s content policy. The consent is also taken for sharing their data and if users do not accept the policy then, we will not reflect any data to the State admins. However, it doesn't restrict users to create projects or sync or share information regarding the project.

4

Privacy Policy - Evidence

Users can upload evidence in form of images and pdfs, the prompt is for users to adhere to the content policies. This means users are held responsible in case they upload files or images that are offensive in any nature or violate any copyrights. Users need to accept these policies every time they upload any file, images and pdfs. If users do not accept these policies they will not be able to upload files or images.

5

Observation led improvement

This would drive the user to take up actions based on the observation data easily through pre-designed projects according to the criteria and the level obtained in each of the criteria. The user will have agency to choose the project as per their priorities from the identified needs. In the observation led Improvement program, the users will be suggested Improvement projects according to the levels they have achieved in the rubric driven observation.

Observation Reports

This would help the user to view observation reports by navigating through lesser pages. The UI would also give a single report with the feature to filter the report submission wise. This would also give an ease of access to the reports of their observations conducted.

1

Global filters applicable to Big Number Charts

This would let the user, with report admin rights on hawkeye, filter the data in a big number through the global filters or the filters at the big number chart level.

Dependent filters

This would ease the selection over multiple filters in a hawkeye report. As the admin viewing report would make a selection in one particular filter, the data fields in all other filter boxes will accordingly filter out.
