1. Default Max mark = 1 (if marks not available in metadata)

2. Compute total score (denominator) based on ASSESS events generated. Every user will get marks out of number of questions attempted. This needs to be verified.

3. Partial scoring

   2. OFF - ALL of the correct answer to be selected to get full score
