Version 1 of Question Set Sourcing, Editor, Player, and Consumption

As a Program & Solution Owner, I can configure categories of Question Sets and Questions. The first version will have reference Question Set categories for Practice Question sets and Assessment, and Question categories for Multiple Choice Questions and Reference/Subjective Questions.

As a Sourcing Admin, I can set up Sourcing projects with target collection. For example, Practice question sets as part of a Digital textbook or Course.

As a Contributor, I can create a question set (against a folder of a target collection as part of a sourcing project). The question set can have any of the following capabilities

  1. Configurable Folder (Hierarchy) structure: Decide what can be created at which level of hierarchy. For example

    1. Level 1: Only Sections (Folders with default name = Sections) and Level 2: Only Questions (so that there are no questions loosely hanging outside Sections)

    2. Creator might be allowed to add Sections and Questions, where questions are allowed only under a Section (and not directly under the root)
