When a contributor (individual contributor or contributor org admin) logs into contribution portal, there is a “My Contents” page. This page and subsequent pages from here show the details of all contents contributed by the contributor.The following applies to all the content details shown in this page, in the subsequent pages as well as all the reports that are generated:
For an individual contributor - it is “all contents” means all the contents that he/she has submitted to sourcing org for approval and publishing.
For a contributor org admin - it is “all contents” means all the contents that any of their contributors have created and the contents are submitted to sourcing org for approval and publishing.
For a contributor org contributor - it is “all contents” means all the contents that he/she has created and the contents are submitted to sourcing org for approval and publishing.

This section has following counts:
Total contributed: <<count>> | Published for consumption: <<count>> | Not published: <<count>>
Total contributed = Number of contents that are sent to sourcing org for publishing
Published for consumption = Number of contents that are published on consumption repo
Not published = Total contributed - Published for consumption
Usage Details
This section has following counts:
Total plays <<count>>| Average plays per content <<count>>| Average Rating - <<start rating>><<star rating>>(Number of contents rated)
Total plays - Total number of plays across all published assets
Average plays per content - (Total number of plays across all published assets)/Total assets published
Average Rating - (Total of the ratings of each asset that have a rating)/(Number of assets that have a rating)
Note: Average rating should only based assets that have a rating. The assets that are not having any rating should not be included in the number of assets when calculating the average rating.
Number of contents rated - Total number of contents that have some rating.
Publisher Details
This section has the list of sourcing organizations that have published the content for consumption.

This section has the list of top 10 contents based on the total plays. It will show the contents in a table. The table has following columns:
Title - Name of the content
Created by - User name who created the content
Published by - Sourcing organization which published the content, in case the status is published
Total plays - Total number of plays
Average Rating - Average rating of the content
Open button - Clicking this will open the “content” page

This section has one table each for one organization framework type - example one table for “K-12 Curriculum Content” one table for “Continuous Professional Development Content”.
The frameworks to display should be driven by configuration
In the first iteration, this will be only showing “K-12 Curriculum Content”
Each table shows a set of configured framework attributes as columns. Note:
In the first iteration, the framework attributes will be Board, Medium, GradeClass, Subject
The table also shows “Content Count” column. This will have counts of Total contributed, Published for consumption, Not published
Each row in the above table has a link to open “Contributed Contents” page.
Published content report
This option is available only for contributor org admin and individual contributors.
This section has an option to “Generate content report”. A tooltip says “This report provides usage details for each content published”.
Once this option is clicked, the asynchronous process of generating published content report is started.
A dialog “This report generation will take some time. Please check after sometime” with an option “Ok” is shown. User can close the dialog by clicking “Ok”.
The “Generate content report” button changes to a label “Content report generation in progress…”.
Once the report generation is complete, the label turns back to “Generate content report”. There will be another option “Download content report” along with “Last generated date: <<date>>”.
Clicking “Download content report” option will download the csv of the last generated report.
The csv report provides list of all contents that are published for that org framework type with the corresponding details.

Column L to O of the content report are the org framework attributes as configured, as mentioned above (the same values that are shown in the table above). In the first iteration, this will be Board, Medium, Class, Subject of K-12 curriculum framework.
