Overview:
As of now open batch is allowing user to do the enrollment , but there is no option for un-enrollment.

Once user will un-enroll his/her data will be removed from db.Data base changes : one extra attribute ("unenrollAllowed") need to be set inside course-batch table , to identify un-enrollment is allowed for this open batch or not.This attribute can be set during create/update open batch.
