Because it belongs to an archived project. Jira admins can restore projects from the archive.

Only published by label is getting displayed instead of "published on Diksha by" in course toc page

Description

Preconditon:
1. Courses should be published with license and copyright values

Steps:
1. Open "https://staging.ntp.net.in/explore"
2. Login with valid-user credentials (test2.2.0@yopmail.com)
3. Go to the course page
4. Open Any course which is created with copyright and license values
5. Observe, Only published by the label is getting displayed

Expected: Published by on label should be changed to published on Diksha by in course toc page
