Licensing for the course is not getting displayed on the "course credit" popup

Description

Precondition:
1. Courses should be published with license and copyright values

Steps:
1. Open "https://staging.ntp.net.in/explore"
2. Go to the course page
3. Search for newly created courses (ex: Feedback mail)
4. Open the course

Expected: Licensing for the courses should display on the content credit popup

Issue is verified and fixed in staging, Hence closing this

as per the above screenshot it looks like fields should be displayed but actually, it's not displayed.

Nowhere in the PRD it’s mentioned that these fields should not be displayed
