Enrollment and Completion Report (by course)

Description

As a State Admin, I would want to be able to view the total number of enrollments and completions for all the courses launched by the state through a dashboard, So that I could share these reports with my superiors to drive the courses to completion or derive insights to take meaningful decisions

This report is generated at a Course level for “Ongoing”, “Expired”, “All” (Ongoing+Expired) batches

Only live courses with batch/es (open/invite only + ongoing/expired) are in scope

are we reporting only “Live” courses or courses in other statuses such as “Draft”, “Review” are to be reported as well?
