Unable to release dialcodes from collection

Description

Steps:

  1. Open Knowlg portal

  2. Create a collection (book)

  3. Generate dialcode for the collection, attach QR code

  4. Open Postman and run this API ({{host}}/api/collection/v1/dialcode/release/do_2136400713803284481214)

Expected result:

User should be able to release the unused dialcode

Actual result:

User is getting server error
