Book reviewer is not getting Email notification after sending the book for review and Book creator is not getting Email after publishing the book

Test steps:

1. Login with Book creator credentials

2. Click on workspace

3. Click on book

4. Create a new textbook with child nodes and add contents to it.

5. Send it for review

6. Login with Book reviewer credentials

7. Click on the workspace

8. Publish the book

9. Observe

Expected result:

Book reviewer is should get Email notification after sending the book for review and Book creator should get Email after publishing the book.

Actual result:
