[Portal][Forum][Delete User]: After deletion of the account, the username appears instead of 'Deleted user' tag in the discussion forum post.

Pre- Requisite: Discussion thread already created in account and members have commented on it.

STR:

1. Open the Sunbird URL

2. Login with the custodian credentials

3. Click on the Profile

4. Scroll down to get the Delete account option

5. Click on the Delete account button

6. Check the all checkboxes to enable the delete account button

7. Now, click the delete button

8. Enter the OTP and delete the account

9. Now, login with another credential who already has commented in the created thread

10. Observe that username displayed instead of ‘Delete user’ in the thread of the discussion forum.

Expected Result: The ‘Deleted user’ tag should appear instead of username in discussion forum posts after an account is deleted.

Actual Result: After deletion of the account, the username appears instead of 'Deleted user' tag in the discussion forum post.
