Scope 

This document provides details of features and enhancements made to the release of version 4.2 of the DIKSHA mobile app and portal in October, 2021

Observation consumption for Teachers on App and Portal

Teachers can now consume observations on both App and Portal. When switching to the new experience, an observation tile would be available to view the list of observations assigned.

Indication of survey expiration date

Users will now get the indication of the expiry date for a survey and even indication if the survey will expire in two days. The survey will be removed from the listing page after 15 days of expiry.

Mark domain in observation as ‘Not applicable’ on portal

Users can now mark a domain in observation with rubric as not applicable on the observation consumption portal.

Creator’s name and ‘Credit & License’ info for observations on Portal

Users can now get to see the creator’s name and ‘Credits and License info’ section for observations on the portal.

Completion indication of an instance in multiple submission (matrix) questions

Users now on the portal can get an indication of completion, in green colour, of an instance in the multiple submission type (matrix) questions in the observation form.

Mandatory tasks in the project

Creators of the projects can now mark a particular task in the project as mandatory which will be non-deletable by the user on the app.
