Smoother Login flow for 'HT and other official' persona on the portal
Currently, selecting Board, Medium, Class is mandatory for all personas to log in to Diksha Portal. As these fields are relevant for Teacher and Student persona, on the other hand, ‘HT and other official’ persona find it difficult to fill Medium and class in order to proceed.
Thus to make their user experience and their login flow smoother, the Medium and Class fields will be made non-mandatory for all the users who select HT and other official personas on the portal.
The flow will be similar to that on the app.
Sharing and Consuming Projects via Link
Projects are accessible to users only via Project tile or Programs tile. This makes the consumption process long as it includes multiple steps to reach the project that needs to be consumed by the users.
Program managers also have to clearly communicate the steps in order to guide the user on how to access the particular project.
In order to make the projects more accessible, links for the projects will be created that can easily be shared by the Program managers and can easily be consumed by the users. This will also lessen the steps for users to reach the project as they can simply click on the link and consume it.
Projects are consumed in the program construct. Since links will be shared via users, it may happen that even non-targeted users get access to the link. Non-targetted users can consume the project via a link that will go as a part of their private program. They will find the same Project under ' Discovered by me' filter on the Project listing page.
Sharing and consuming observation ( with and without rubric) as links
Observations are accessible to users only via Observation tile or Programs tile. This makes the consumption process long as it includes multiple steps to reach the observation that needs to be consumed by the users.
Program managers also have to clearly communicate the steps in order to guide the user on how to access the particular observation.
In order to make the observation more accessible, links for the observation will be created that can easily be shared by the Program managers and can easily be consumed by the users.
