1. We will add two one new attributes attribute to the question KP schema on the creation portal: collectionIds and projectIds
2. For a question added to multiple collections (and/or projects, channels), we will populate this attribute with an array of their identifierscollection and questionSet KP schemas: reusedContributions, which will contain the list of identifiers added to the collection via library
3. We will use these values this list of identifiers to detect whether a question has been added from library or not
