<Proposed capability name. Should describe the capability in max 4 words. e.g. Creating Merit Certificates>
<Summarize the capability by answering the questions ‘Why are you developing the said capability?’ i.e. what problem is the capability trying to resolve, and ‘What is your proposed solution?’>
<Sample text:
States and organizations feel the need to motivate and recognize deserving learners.
To address this need, States/organizations can issue Merit certificates from DIKSHA. However, since the criteria for merit cannot be standard, we propose to make the merit criteria (rules) configurable. The parameters that States/organizations can set are:
...
who will get the certificate (all users or select few),
...
when (on completion of assessment or based on a score, or both)
...
Observation mapped to a Task
As a part of the improvement journey, there are times when users need to take observation and learning resources as a part of their project.
Currently, observations attached at a task level can only be taken once. Moreover, there are use cases, where users need to take the baseline and endline observation to understand the improvement areas on which the leaders can work. Thus this will allow users to take observation multiple times.
Private Programs
Projects are consumed in the program construct. Since links will be shared via users, it may happen that even non-targeted users get access to the link. Non-targetted users can consume the project via a link that will go as a part of their private program. They will find the same Project under the ' Discovered by me' filter on the Project listing page.
Observation Creation portal
Currently, observations are created via filling templates and uploaded from the backend by the implementation team. There is no front end that can be used to create new asset-type resources in self-service mode. As we prepare for scale, this limitation can be a source of friction.
To make our capabilities scale-ready, in the coming quarter we plan to develop an observation creation portal that will allow ‘creators’ to create observations in self-service mode.
